1. No Returns & Refunds on Digital Products
At Maclister.com, we offer digital products (pre-built websites and templates), which are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been delivered.
Please ensure you carefully review the product description and preview the website before making a purchase. If you have any questions before buying, feel free to contact us at contact@maclister.com.
2. Refunds (Accepted Only in Specific Cases)
While we do not generally offer refunds, we may consider refund requests in the following cases:
Incorrect Product Delivered: If you received a different website or template than what you ordered.
Technical Issues: If the purchased website does not work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same product.
To request a refund in these cases, email us at contact@maclister.com within 3 days of purchase. Please include:

✅ A detailed description of the issue
✅ Screenshots or other relevant proof
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Exchanges & Product Support
We do not offer exchanges since all our products are digital. However, if you need assistance with installation or minor customization, feel free to contact our support team at contact@maclister.com.
4. European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are purchasing from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 days for any reason. However, this applies only if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product. Once the product has been delivered, the sale is final.
To request a cancellation, email contact@maclister.com within 3 days of purchase.
